Recently I made a tour to explore different parts of India and I just want to share here some of the places that I visited during my tour to India. Well, this is about the Upper Lake of India. This is the Lake for which the city (Bhopal) is well known in the whole India. If I am asked to say something about Bhopal, then definitely I will talk about Upper Lake in the first place. Lake View is artificially constructed place for tourists and visitors who want to enjoy the beauty of the lake. This is a natural fresh water lake and you can enjoy the beauty of the lake. Upper Lake is in the center of the city and there are many other lakes in the city. For this reason, Bhopal is known as the City of Lakes. Boating is the most common thing that people use to enjoy in this lake. I just include here some images or photos of Bhopal Upper Lake.

There is a temple in the center of the lake in just a small island. And you can go up to the temple by boating. You can enjoy the beauty of the lake in the evening and the cold wind of the lake in the evening will take away all the sorrow and tensions in your mind. We used to go to the lake view in the dusk. On the other side of the Lake View, there is small range of hill and the road is straight between the lake and the hill. This scene makes the place more attractive and beautiful. Upper Lake is the largest lake in the Bhopal and you can enjoy different types of boating in the Lake. Sometimes, they also put sail boat in the windy season so that people who have the enough guts to play some fun with sail boat can enjoy in this Lake.

In the other side of the lake, there is marine drive and it must be around 4-5 Kilometres long. The road is totally straight and it runs by the side of Upper Lake. This Marine Drive is even a better place to hang out with friends in bikes and other open vehicles to feel some fresh air during summer. But in summer, the temperature of Bhopal reaches sometimes up to 45 degree Celsius. But you will not feel that much hot if you travel by the side of this lake. In the last visit, I really enjoy the boating because it was a windy day and I enjoy the high tides in the lake. The Upper Lake extends up to the city in other side and up to a wild life sanctuary.
